Lasagna Don’t Get Any On Ya

Ingredients

50-60 minutes
8-12 people
  1. 20 sheetsprecooked lasagna sheets. They are easier than the ones that need cooking
  2. 15 inchby 25 inch baking dish or similar rectangle shape
  3. 32 ounces of red marinara. See mine for a great one
  4. 2 32 oz plain Ricotta cheese
  5. 16 oz of shredded low moisture mozzarella
  6. Salt/pepper and fresh chopped parsley
  7. 4eggs

Cooking Instructions

50-60 minutes

    Prepare by getting your baking dish and ingredients ready to spread Soak lasagna sheets in hot water. Pull them out as you need

    Mix 32 oz ricotta with 2 eggs and S/P. Table spoon of parsley. Beat eggs 1st and mix thoroughly

    Lay sheets of pasta 1st. Pat down with dry paper towels as you go. Then ricotta mix. Then sauce. Then mozzarella. Try your best to keep it level

    Preheat oven for 350 degrees and cover in foil. 1st cook is 25 minutes.

    Take out lasagna and remove foil. Cook another 25-35 minutes more. It’s finished when it’s bubbling and the cheese is beginning to brown. Cool and serve. Manga
