Chop spring onions and chicken into 3cm pieces

Tread chicken and onions onto small skewers and place on a greased rack

Back in oven (grill, max heat) for 4 minutes. Withdraw and coat in yakitori sauce. Grill again for 4 minutes until the coating is caramelized.
