Crush all the Oreos and set aside about 1/8 of them. Place in a gallon plastic bag and start crushing. I usually just do it by hand but you can use a rolling pin to crush or even a food processor as well

Add the cream cheese and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula. Don’t worry if they aren’t smooth. As they chill the cookie will mix into the cream cheese.

Chill in fridge for 30 min. This will blend out the chunks if you have any

If you don’t have a melting pot, Boil water and place a glass dish on top. place half the package of almond bark in glass dish and turn down the heat to a slow boil. **If almond bark Gets thick add a small amount of Crisco shortening too thin it.

Take out the chilled Oreo mixture and shape into 1 inch balls and place back in fridge till chilled. (Keeping them cold is a must so they don’t fall apart while coating in the almond bark. I pull my tray in and out of the freezer as I’m coating them)

You may have a tool to dunk into the almond bark but I don’t so here’s what I do. Using a plastic fork with the 2 center teeth removed, dip the balls into the melted almond bark, set on a piece of waxed paper and sprinkle the “set asides crushed Oreo.

Chill for 1 hour and serve. Yummy…
