Found a big cauliflower at the market with some damage got it for 50p. Good for a warming soup. Gave it a little twist with things sitting in my rather full pantry.

Found a big cauliflower at the market with some damage got it for 50p. Good for a warming soup. Gave it a little twist with things sitting in my rather full pantry.

Ingredients

50 min
6 to 8 servings
  1. 1/2big cauliflower
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 2 sticksselery
  4. 1 tbgarlic and ginger paste
  5. 2 tbcocoa oil
  6. 2 tbmadras curry powder
  7. 1 tbvegeta or maggi
  8. 1.5 literstock of choice I used frech chicken
  9. 100-200 mlcocoa milk
  10. 50 grGrey shrimps for garnish
  11. 6basil leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the onion and the selery and sweat in oil for a few minutes

  2. 2

    Add the cut cauliflower

  3. 3

    Put in the curry and vegeta.

  4. 4

    Cover with stock and cook until completly tender (30 min)

  5. 5

    Add coconut milk cook for another few minutes

  6. 6

    Mix the soup.

  7. 7

    Serve with some shrimps and theared basil leaf.
    Enjoy
