Dhapata is fav.Maharastrian cusine which is made with different vegetables and variations! I have used 5 flours with methi to make it healthy.

My lunchbox contains healthy tasty dhapata alongwith sweets,!
Dhapata is fav.Maharastrian cusine which is made with different vegetables and variations! I have used 5 flours with methi to make it healthy.
Steps

Take all ingredients of dhapata in big thali,mix well,add water little by little,make medium soft dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Take wet cotton cloth,put it on cutting pad,take a ball of dough,put it in middle of cloth,by light pressing spread it in circular shape to make dhapata.Make holes on it.

Now heat the nonstick tawa on medium flame,spread some oil,lift the cloth with dhapata and keep dhapata on tawa,take off the cloth,now add oil in the holes and from all sides of dhapata.Cook with lid for 3 minutes on medium flame.

Now turn it,add again oil in holes and from sides,cook for 3 minutes,now check it from both sides,if cooked perfectly then take it down.

Pack it in lunchbox with peanut chutney and sweet suji halwa with dryfruit pieces is also made for lunch.
