Pizza Sandwich a yummy quick recipe made in 3 layers with all the goodness of veggies and very few spices along with cheese and made in airfryer. A deadly combo of veggies, bread, sauces, spices and cheese.

For this recipe you can use any thing of your choice be it the filling the sauces the spices or the bread even the cheese also. Use anything of your choice or the things available. You can use veggies any of your choice or you can use chicken, tofu,paneer, mushrooms any thing for the filling same goes with the sauces and spices. You can use any bread white, brown, multigrain or any other same goes with the cheese use any as per your preference.

I had used carrots, corn, tomatoes, spring onion whites and greens and coriander leaves you can use any vegetable of your choice just make sure it should be finely chopped. Take 3 bread slices and apply a thin layer of butter on it. Add some green chilli sauce on top of one buttered slice and spread then a thin layer of red hot chilli sauce on it. Then add the veggies one by one depending on the quantity you like.

I had added carrots then corn followed by spring onion greens and whites then finally tomatoes and I hadn't added too much veggies. Then sprinkle some salt, red chilli flakes and black pepper on it and finally some grated cheese. Then cover it with the second slice of bread keeping the butter side down and slightly press it. On the second layer add a thin layer of mustard paste then mayonnaise on top of it. In place of mayonnaise you can even use hung curd.

Again arrange the veggies and spices in the same way as in the first layer and top it with cheese and slightly press it again so that everything get fixed. Now again put the butter layer down of the third bread slice and top the bread with thin layer of tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and mayonnaise. Then put the veggies,spices and cheese and press then slightly. Now sprinkle some oregano and paprika on top of it and the sandwich is ready to bake. Preheat the airfryer at 180°c for 5 minutes.

You can put it directly also without preheating but the end result is more good with preheating. Now put the Sandwich in it on same temprature for 5 mins on baking mode and after 4-5 minutes your layered Pizza Sandwich is ready to be served. Like so arrange all the other sandwiches and serve it hot. Have it as a snack or in breakfast or in brunch or even for guests at home or in your kids lunchbox. These made in 10 minutes pizza sandwiches are awesome.

You can even make it with green chutney and tomato ketchup or sauce only with the filling of tomato and onion with the spices and cheese of your choice. You can make these sandwiches in microwave convection mode or in oven or even on gastop in a pan. I had used Chipotle mayonnaise you can use of any flavour or even plain.
