Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
  2. Rice. 2-3 cups, cooked
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 1 cupchicken broth
  7. Chopped veggies (celery, broccoli, etc) optional
  8. 1 cancream-of-chicken soup
  9. 1 cancream-of-celery soup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook rice. Preheat oven to 400.

    Chop chicken and veggies.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.

  4. 4

    Grease 9x13 baking dish. Pour mixture into prepared dish.

  5. 5

    Bake, uncovered, for 50-60 minutes at 400o.
