Add required water, azwaien, pinch of salt, a TSP ghee to wheat flour and make a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes by covering it by lid.

In a bowl, add chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion and all dry spices to it and mix it well.our filling is ready.

Now, roll the medium chapati and fill it with the prepared mixture. Roll it again.

Heat the tawa and put that paratha on it. Grease it with ghee and cook it from both sides. Our paratha is ready to serve. Serve it with any chutney or tangy pickle.
