500 gmsoaked rice
1 litrewater
4potatoes cubed
4onions sliced
4green chillies chopped
2Tomatoes sliced
2 tablespoonscumin seeds
3 tablespoonsmustard oil

Soaked the rice for 30 minutes

Heat cooker and add oil in it

Add cumin seeds

Then add sliced onions, potatoes and green chillies

Saute for 2 minutes

Add tomatoes in it

Fry it

Add soaked rice

Add water
10

Cover the lid

Wait for 1 whistle
12

After whistle, turn off flame

Wait for 10 minutes

Then serve hot
