This is my grandmother's recipe, I shred it with you.
Steps

Bengal gram/chana dal should be soaked in water for 7-8 hours and pasted with green chilies.

Now add salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida and fry the pakoras.

Mocha/banana flower should be chopped, boiled with salt and turmeric powder and mashed well.

Now fry 3 tablespoon of mustard oil in a pan with bay leaves and whole cumin seeds for fry 30 seconds.
Then fry with potatoes. - 5
If the potatoes are golden in color, add ginger paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and sugar to taste.

If oil is released from the spice, it should be mixed well with pre-boiled banana flower and given water. When the water boils, you have to wait with the fried pakoras in it.

When the water is dry and all the ingredients are well mixed, spread hot spice powder and ghee and serve with hot rice.
