Okara Cheese Balls 豆渣芝士波

My child is a cheese lover and cheese is always found in my fridge. Today, I just found some leftover okara (but not enough to make a cake), so I decided to try making an okara cheese ball (because this is not pre-prepared, just made with what I can find from the refrigerator, so the number of ingredients is all arbitrary 😜).

Drain the okara (wrap in a cloth and twist dry). Add in grated cheese and melted butter, season with a little pepper and mix well.
豆渣瀝乾水份 (用布包裹並扭乾)。 加入芝士碎及已融化牛油,放少許胡椒調味並輕手拌勻。

Brush the oil on the baking pan, roll the okara mixture into balls, and place them in the baking pan.
焗盤掃油,把豆渣混合物搓成球狀,置入焗盤內。

Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes until the surface is slightly crisp.
以200°C焗8分鐘至表面稍微變脆。
