Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 50 mloil
  2. 80 gveg seasoning
  3. 30 gchopped parsley
  4. Mixed Vegetables of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the oil and veg seasoning together

  2. 2

    Take the mixture and pour onto the veg, give a good mix

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy

  4. 4

    Roast at 160 degrees for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Remember some veggies cook fasted then others, so it is advisable to put vegetables like butter nut or potatoes first, then later on add the others like mushrooms etc.
