Ingredients

  • 1.5lbGrilled chicken strip
  • Coconut milk chaokoh
  • 1 pinchKasoori methi
  • ShaktI Biriyanu masala, chili chicken masala
  • Amchur powder mdh
  • Ground cardamom
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Canola oil
  • Optional: Onion, ginger, farlic, tomatoes or paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a saucepan

  2. 2

    Optional: fry onion, green chilies, garlic, ginger

  3. 3

    Fry chicken on medium for 2 min

  4. 4

    Add a spoonful each of turmeric, salt. Few spoons of masala powders. Fry

  5. 5

    Pour can of coconut milk and water

  6. 6

    Add kasoori methi in end, let it all boil. Done.
