1.5lbGrilled chicken strip
Coconut milk chaokoh
1 pinchKasoori methi
ShaktI Biriyanu masala, chili chicken masala
Amchur powder mdh
Ground cardamom
Salt
Turmeric powder
Canola oil
Optional: Onion, ginger, farlic, tomatoes or paste

Heat oil in a saucepan

Optional: fry onion, green chilies, garlic, ginger

Fry chicken on medium for 2 min

Add a spoonful each of turmeric, salt. Few spoons of masala powders. Fry

Pour can of coconut milk and water

Add kasoori methi in end, let it all boil. Done.
