Halfpack mixed leafs
4battered fish strips
Sweet chilli sauce

Put fish in air fryer for 15mins and tear half bag of mixed leafs in a bowl

Once fish is cook add sauce to bowl and mix well I have 2 to 3 squeezes of sauce then put fish on top so they stay crispy enjoy

I do this with scampi bites and also with different types of chicken pieces too
