  • 1Beetroot (medium)
  • 1Carrot (medium)
  • 10Dates
  • 3/4 cupWarm milk
  • 1 cupChilled milk
  • 1/2 cupCondensed milk

  1. 1

    Peel the beetroot & carrot. Cut it into cubes. Cook it in a pressure cooker.

    Wash the dates, remove the seed & soak it in warm milk. Then grind the Apple, cooked beetroot & carrot, soaked dates into a paste. Add chilled milk & condensed milk.

  3. 3

    Transfer it into a glass bottle.
    Serve chilled
