Ingredients

  1. Plain Flour
  2. Water
  3. Lots of clean cold tap water

Steps

  1. 1

    Use a bit of cold water too combine the Plain Flour into a round ball of dough will need too knead either by hand or by way of a dough hook attached too a Kenwood Food Mixer etc. and then allow ball of dough to rest

  2. 2

    Fill a bucket with cold tap water and then allow your ball of dough too soak within the bucket of water - once soaked fully too remove the Starch from the ball of dough (don't know how many hours it takes), then set starchy water too One side and then allow the ball of dough too ferment

  3. 3

    Then can stretch some of it out on a round wooden spoked wheel etc. Or flatten out and steam bake in the oven (don't know oven temperature). Can steam cook it in the form of little rolls or make Noodles from it. Is mostly served as a side dish in the form of a type of bread. Once the raw dough has successfully fermented is possible too incorporate it into a fresh ball of dough too make a different kind of Noodles

Have made Gluten Pasta strands - when boiled they didn't taste that good, but when I allowed them to go cold and added them too a sauce too be cooked in the microwave they tasted better
