Baked crab cakes / Cajun dill sauce

Easy and quick. Baked instead of pan fried!!! This makes two large crab cakes plus a little bit of the mix will be left over and you can make crab cake balls with him. I served it with garlic shrimp and a large salad.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place crab in bowl and check for any show pieces. Ceiling with Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and old bay seasoning. Preheat oven to 400°.
- 2
Add sautéed veggies and fresh parsley.
- 3
Mixed together mustard mayo and hot sauce. Add to crab mixture and lightly mix.
- 4
Whisk one egg and then add to crab mixture.
- 5
Add breadcrumbs to grab mixture. Lightly mix all ingredients together. If the mixture is too wet slowly add a little bit more breadcrumbs but not too much. Do not over mix as you do not want to break up the crab meat pieces.
- 6
Form crabcakes on a oiled sheet pan using a ring mold. Bake on 400° for 15 minutes
- 7
All crabcakes are baking create your Cajun dill sauce. Mix all ingredients together in whisk well. Season with salt and pepper at the end to taste.
- 8
Remove crabcakes from the oven. Drizzle with lemon dill sauce and enjoy!
