Ingredients, rinse pork pat dry, add pork marinade and leave for 15 mins before cooking.

Mid high heat cook both sides slightly golden brown then add 1 cup of dark vinegar, rock sugar together with 1.5cup of water. Cover lid, brings it to a boil and switch to mid low heat and cook for 10-15mins. MAKE SURE TO CHECK since it's very easy to burn with sugar so check after around 8 mins.

Check after 10 mins picture 1. Switch to low heat and let the sauce evaporate until it's slightly sticky. Taste the sauce after a total of 15mins add more vinegar if needed. (I've added another 1/2cup since I like to have Abit more sour taste to it) at the end the sauce should be sticky and ready to serve

Garnish with seame seeds. Serve Hot Done!
