Cooking Instructions

Sauté your hot Italian sausages until browned with a drizzle of olive oil …….Do not drain fat from sausages (that’s where all the flavor is !) 🤩

Add your black pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning, sliced onions, sliced peppers and minced garlic, sauté until veggies are tender…….

Next add in your beef broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and keep simmering while stirring occasionally…….

Meanwhile boil some water for your pasta, cook pasta until al dente, drain, then add cooked pasta to sausage sauce, don’t forget to salt your water !!!

Stir gently until pasta is thoroughly coated with sausage sauce ……Let stand for about 10 minutes……

Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese, serve and enjoy 😉!!!
