Homemade Naan
Steps

Sieve Maida in a large bowl. Add salt, oil, and curd.

Gently mix it in the flour and rub it with your palm.

Once the ingredients are evenly mixed in the flour. Knead it with soda water.

Knead it the same way as for poori and once the dough is done cover it with a wet cloth and lets it rest for 20 to 25 minutes.

Knead it once again to make it smooth.

Make medium-sized balls from the dough and roll them. you can turn it around between your palm to flatten it evenly.

Apply water on one side of the naan and put it on the hot Tawa.

When you see bubbles on the dry side flip the tawa over the flame and let the naan cook evenly.

Make sure that the flame is not too high.

Once it is cooked flip it back and slowly removes it and checks both the sides…

If either of the sides is not properly cooked you may flip it on the flame directly for a few seconds.

Rub the butter over it and the naan is ready to be Served.
