Baked Cheese Samosas

Easy peasy Samosa in which I have preferred using Cheese as the filling because these not only get fried very quickly and without any hassles but majority of the people love it too. Children are a big fan of Cheese. So what's better than these beautiful looking pure and homemade Cheesy Samosas for a yummy change at Iftaar. These Cheesy Samosas are made with Switz Samosa Leaves and are the perfect option for treating your folks to these Cheesylicious Samosas as a lovely snack at Tea-time. Your loved ones will surely relish these beautiful looking Samosas at Shaam Ki Chai alongside for a perfect family time.
There is no need to add anything else to the Cheese as it's already salty. If desired you can add your favourite extras like Black Pepper, Red Chilli flakes, Oregano, Dry Parsley, Mint or Basil.
I have baked these healthy Samosas for an Iftaar party. Not only do they look crisp and good, they actually are delicious too. A perfect accompaniment at Iftaar this Ramadan. You will love it.
Happy Iftaar Time!

Steps
- 1
Keep the Samosa Leaves ready. Just add everything to a bowl and mix for the Cheese filling. You can add your favourite extras or spices or just about anything more you would like to add. That's it. I skipped Salt altogether but you can add it accordingly.
- 2
Place a generous tablespoon of the Cheesy filling in each of the Samosa Leaf. Fold into a small or a big triangle. Use the Flour paste to seal the edges properly. Brush with little Oil or Butter on top. Bake in a preheated oven on 200° for about 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on them after 18 minutes. Enjoy!
- 3
The filling can be of any Cheese you prefer. It can be made with Cheese Spread also. Enjoy these lip-smacking Samosas with Kissan Tomato Ketchup or Hot Sauce. However I served these alongside Amul's Jalapeno Cheese Sauce. Yum! Enjoy!
