Steps

In mixing bowl add semolina + maida + curd + salt + sugar + milk and mix well. Keep rest for 15 - 20 minutes. Now add milk / water if required, we need pancakes like batter consistency…… so add water / milk accordingly. Lastly add baking soda, mix gently.
Take pan cake maker / tawa, grease moulds, pour 2-3 spoon batter and cook till golden brown. Flip and cook the other side too. - 2
In pan add milk + milk powder + sugar and mix well, now switch on flame and cook for 6-7 minutes by stirring continuously.
Simmer by adding cardamom powder and cook milk in order to reduce milk to more than half of original quantity. Allow to cool and come to room temperature. - 3
After cooling add mango purée and mix nicely, mango Rabri is ready.

Take a setting / serving dish, arrange the MALPUAS and pour mango Rabri.
