Ingredients

1 person
  • 100 gIceberg Lettuce
  • Halfa Cucumber
  • 2Salad Tomatoes
  • 50 gtin of Anchovies in Olive Oil drained weight 30g

Steps

  1. 1

    Add Lettuce too large mixing bowl, then add the Anchovies along with the Olive Oil within the tin

    Cut 8 quarters of Salad Tomatoes from the 2 Tomatoes and then cut thin scallops of Cucumber from half a large Cucumber and then it's ready too eat
