Wash chicken thoroughly. Add all of the above mentioned ingredients to chicken except onion and bay leaf. Add 1 tbsp oil. Mix everything well. Keep in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Now heat 1 tsp oil in kadhai. Add 1 bay leaf, chopped onions. Saute until onions turns into light brown colour. Now add the marinade chicken. Saute for 5 mins.

Cover the kadhai with the lid. Cook in low to medium flame for 45 minutes. At last add chopped coriander. Mix well. Now it's ready to serve dahi chicken. Serve this delicious dahi chicken with steamed rice or rooti. Enjoy. Do try this recipe and you will definitely love it.
