Ingredients

2big size onions(rings cut)
1 packetkurkure any (roughly crushed)
1 cupbaisan
1/2 tspchat masala
pinchbaking soda
1/2 tspred chilli powder
pinchzarda color
Salt to taste
Water as required

Steps

In a big bowl add baisan, red chilli powder, salt, chat masala, baking soda, zarda color and mix well now gradually add water to make medium consistency batter.

Now firstly onion ring dip into batter then coat with crushed kurkure and fry in hot oil till golden on medium flame (oil should not be too hot)
