Steps

Take a mixer jar add fenel seeds and coriander seeds grind fine pawder keep aside/ take a pan add Mutton add curd 1 tbs ginger garlic paste salt and grind pawder mix well and keep in refrigerator for overnight

Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cardamom green cardamom bayleaf star anees stir add marinate Mutton stir fry to cook well/ take a pan add oil heat add potato pieces stir fry to cook and keep aside

Take a pan add 2 glass water and add coriander seeds and fennel seeds cook well and add Mutton brown onion and 4 green chili stir fry to cook well

Now add coriander fenel seeds water in Mutton and sockd rice and cook

Now sprinkle potato 🥔brawn onion casar color milk lemon juice green chili rose water and keep slow flame for 10minutes with lid

Now transfer into serving plate
