Wash and peel the lauki (bottle gourd) after that grate it.

Take the grated lauki (bottle gourd) and put them in pan add some salt and make it boil for some time.

Take out the lauki and put it them in cold water. Squeeze them to remove all the water.

Take a bowl add some curd whisk it make the curd liquid. Now add some salt, one pinch red chilli powder, black salt.

Now add lauki to the curd and mix it well and 2-3 leaves of mint. Lauki raita recipe ready to serve.
