Firstly preheat d oven 180 degree for 10 minutes n take a big bowl add vanilla premix, add oil n yellow colour drops n water,

Slowly slowly n mix it nicely n make a batter add rasmalai essence n mix it properly.

Now grease the cake tin with oil n sprinkles some all-purpose flour evenly now our batter is ready.

Now pour d batter into d grease tin n keep into the preheated oven.

N bake 180 degree tem for 30 to 40 minutes, after 40 minutes minutes our cake sponge is ready let it cool n keep aside, after that keep a cake for 30 minutes for Cooling.

Now take scool sponge n make a three equal layers take a above ingredients for together for making cake, take a first layer of cake sprinkles rashmali milk into the sponge n soak add whipping cream n spread evenly n add rashmali crush.

Spread evenly n keep second layer of d cake n do the same procedure.

And Crumb coat the full cake n keep d cake for 30 minutes for Cooling into the freeze, after that remove the cake from the freeze take a whippibg cream add little drops of yellow colour n make a yellow cream n cover the full cake.

Now our cake is ready for decoration,decirate the cake with chopped dry fruits n rise petals n homemade rasmalai, now our delicious healthy and rich flavour tasty yummy mother's day special rashmalai cake is ready to cut.
