Green sabzis (Bhindi)
Steps
- 1
At first, wash the bhindi properly and pat dry it. Then cut into a circle shape. Take a kadhai, heat oil then add asafoetida, and carom seeds let it crackle. Then add turmeric powder.
- 2
Add bhindi and salt and mix it well. Cover the lid and let it cook for a few minutes. Stir it. When bhindi is cooked, add all spices and green chili and mix everything well. Let it cook for a few seconds.
- 3
Bhindi is ready now. Serve hot with parantha, chapati, or puri, and enjoy.
