This is a gluten free and vegan recipe. Well, cabbage is the most underrated vegetable in my house. Nobody likes it. So whenever I bring this vegetable it is a big task to make some recipes with this. But believe me, this one is an instant hit. I generally make stuffed millet paratha with this and it goes well with any pickle and curd on the side.
Do try my recipe.

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

First prepare the dough by combining all the three millet flour in a mixing bowl. Add carom seeds, sasame seeds, salt and combine together gradually by adding water to form a dough. Cover and keep aside.

  2. 2

Now let's make the stuffing. Take a pan and heat oil. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute them till the raw smell goes away. Add cabbage and str fry on high flame. Add salt and cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Add Schezwan sauce and stir for one minute till all the water evaporates and the mixture looks dry.. The stuffing is ready.

  3. 3

Divide the dough in 6 equal parts. Take one portion and fill the stuffing in it, carefully close it and roll it into paratha.

  4. 4

Heat the gridle/tawa and place this paratha on a hot tawa. Roast on one side and then flip. Smear some oil on the surface and flip it over and cook the other side. Apply ghee/oil and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Repeat and make paratha’s with the remaining flour.

  5. 5

    Serve with curd or pickle.

Food is not simply stuff that people eat when they are hungry. Food is awesome, delicious, inventive, colorful, inspiring, and so much more. Food binds us together. You have no idea how much it means to me when you tell me that you made a recipe and loved it. My heart fills with joy. Literally.
