Smokey and Refreshing Aam Panna

Summers continue to dawn on us, and I continue to seek respite through from refreshing beverages. One such beverage would be my beloved aam panna, that I consume rather often.
Though instead of boiling and then blending, I like to roast the raw mangoes on an open flame, which gives it a lovely smokey flavour.
If you can roast them on coat, then even better, but a gas stove does the trick just right!
Do give it a try and let me know how it turned out with a Cooksnap ;)
