8 cupsHibiscus (zobo)
5 literswater
Sugar to taste
4 cupsginger (you can use less or more depending on how hot you want it)

Wash zobo and put it in a pot and add 2 liters of water

Blend ginger

Add ginger to the zobo

Add sugar

Boil everything and sieve

Add 3liters of water..and thats it!!! Best served chilled
