Add the veg oil into your pan and then allow to get hot go ahead and diced onion and stir fry for 2mins

Add the pepper mix, stir to combine and stir fry for 3mins, then add the noodles seasoning stir to combine and while it continue to fry, then add the diced carrot stir and all to steam together.

Add the green peas, runner beans, green pepper stir and allow all added ingredients to steam

Then add the beaten eggs allow the eggs to steam in the sauce without stirring for 2mins under low heat and then stir to scramble and set aside

In a clean pot add some water and some drop of oil and allow to come to a boil, add the noodles and allow to cook according to the pack instruction and not to soggy, then Strain out the noodles with a sieve

Place the scrabbled egg sauce back on heat and then add the strained Hot noodles to it stir to combine well and leave to steam cook for 3mins under low heat

SERVE HOT AND ENJOY WITH CHILLED DRINK.
