Ingredients

2 slice
  • 2 slicemultigrain bread
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1 tbspchopped veggies
  • As Required ginger garlic paste
  • As Required green ch paste
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Spoonred ch powder
  • 1/4 Spoonspoon ajwain
  • pinchasafoetida
  • leavesAs Required coriander
  • As Per Required oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water to besan and make a lump-free batter.

  2. 2

    Add all masalas and veggies and beat for a smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Heatup pan and spread oil.

  4. 4

    Put the slice and spread the batter over it.

  5. 5

    Flip it and spread the batter on the other side too after 2 mins flip again and cook.

  6. 6

    Keep the flame slow and cook by pressing a little.

  7. 7

    Serve with sauce or chutney.

  8. 8
