Ingredients

  1. 500 GramsFrench Beans
  2. 1Large Onion (Finely Chopped)
  3. 1 TeaspoonCumin Seeds
  4. 2-3Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  5. 1/2 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
  6. 1/4 TeaspoonRed Chilli Powder (Optional)
  7. Salt To Taste OR 1 Maggi Soup Cube
  8. 1/2 TeaspoonGinger-Garlic Paste
  9. 1/2 TeaspoonCoriander Powder

Cooking Instructions

Approx 30 Mins

    Cut the beans as shown in the picture. Wash & keep aside.

    Heat some oil, fry the cumin seeds & chilles for a few seconds.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped onion & fry till a little soft. Then add the turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste & fry for 2 to 3 minutes or till the raw smell goes.

    Now add the salt OR cube, then the beans & mix all well. Add a little water, cover & cook till the beans are done. Keep checking to avoid burning.

    Can be served with rotis.
