Ingredients

10 to 15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1/2of 1 head of green cabbage
  • 1-2 incheswater in pot to fill just under steamer basket
  • 1-2 tablespoonsavocado, canola, or vegetable oil, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoonsfurikake (Japanese rice seasoning) of your choice or to taste

Steps

10 to 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Steam cabbage for 8 to 10 minutes or until a fork can glide thru the cabbage easily.

  2. 2

    Remove cabbage from steamer pot to bowl or plate. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with desired amount of furikake. Enjoy.
