Put in water and peas at the same time, when the water boils and the peas is semi cooked, you put in the rice and cook also(olive oil and curry is optional)

When the rice is cooked, pour in a sieve to drain water, then into a food warmer to keep it warm and you're done with the rice

Heat up your pan, pour in favourable amount of vegetable oil, diced onions, ginger and garlic paste, pepper mix and stir

When it's semi fried, put in seasonings, salt and the liver(after cutting it in chunks) and stir, then a small amount of water, spices of your choice and then cover to cook for 8-10 mins

Then mix your coleslaw with boiled eggs and serve😁😋😜
