  • 6Idli chilled / a day old
  • as neededChaat masala / pav bhaji masala /idli podi
  • Oil for deep frying /shallow fry

Steps

20min.
  1. 1

    Cut idlies into vedges / cubes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil into pan for frying idlies fry till it gets golden brown colour and crisp. Remove to paper towel. While still warm sprinkle pav bhaji masala / podi powder / chaat masala.

  3. 3

    Serve hot with chutney samber.
