Easy meatless lasagna

Meatless Mondays . I didn’t have any lasagna noodles but i did have some frozen ravioli so i used that , i also made this in the slow cooker on low for a few hrs. Now this should have melted cheese on the top in the picture but because my ravioli was the 3 cheeses I skipped that part.

Steps

Mix together first 5 ingredients in bowl.

Mix drained tomatoes and pasta sauce together in separate bowl.

Layer lasagna in baking dish sprayed with non stick spray - 1/4 of sauce on bottom, lasagna noodles, riccotta, spinach, mozzarella. Then repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Cover with foil.

Bake covered in a 400 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Serve with side salad and broccoli. - 5
If using ravioli no need to layer anything just mix everything up top it with cheese, for slow cooker low 2-4 hrs
