Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  2. 2/3 cupcocoa powder
  3. 1/2powdered sugar
  4. 3/4 cupflour
  5. 3/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 cupoil
  7. 2 Tbmilk
  8. 1/2 tspvanilla
  9. 2eggs
  10. Chocolate chips - optional
  11. Walnuts - optional

Cooking Instructions

35-40 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients until well combined

  3. 3

    Add in eggs, oil, vanilla and milk, then mix well

  4. 4

    Add in chocolate chips or walnuts if desired

  5. 5

    Spray 9x9 pan with Pam or cooking spray, spoon batter into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add additional powdered sugar for look if desired
