"Muffin Time"-Blueberry muffins
Berry time, so its time for some baking!
Steps

Sift all the dry ingredients together and keep it aside.

In another bowl, add sugar, egg, buttermilk, veg oil and melted butter and beat well either using a whisk or egg beater.
Don't overbeat the wet ingredients.

To the dry ingredients add blue berries and keep it aside for few minutes

To the wet ingredients add the dry ingredients by 2 batches.

Keep mixing until well combined.

Preheat oven to 200 degree for 5 to 10 mins.

Line the muffin tray with liner.
Using a ice scooper spoon the batter and fill half of the muffin cups. - 8
Bake the muffins at 200 degrees for 20 mins.

Muffins can be stored upto 3 days in an airtight container.
