These chullu kebabs are simple and easy to make at home without any hassle. Could be serve with garlic & butter rice .

Dry roast Gram flour (Baisan) until good fragrance.

Grind Mutton minced 3 times in chopper.

Take oil in a pan and fry 2 chopped onions until completely brown.
Chop green chilli & remaining 1 onion 🧅 in chopper with fresh coriander.

Add green chilli, coriander and onion mixture in minced.
Add ; Salt Lemon juice Garam masala Garlic paste Ginger paste Roasted gram flour Red chilli powder

Add fried brown onions in minced

Mix everything together and refrigerate for an hour.

Fry one kebabs & adjust the spices. Adjust them according to your taste.

Shallow fry chullu kebabs.

Enjoy with chutney. Could be serve with garlic butter rice.
