Double Chocolate Cookies

As some of you, who know me well.. Knows I love to bake or can say Baking is my passion.. Once my daughter ate KARAMEL cookies and said "Ap ese ghur me banaye na" Then This is a challenge for me and more of this to fulfil her wish.. After so many searching I found this recipe.. Alhumdulilah got successful.. my daughter pretty much satisfied with the taste..
Sharing some tips: Every time follow the exact ingredients and quantity, Do not up down the recipe..
Your ingredients should be at room temperature..
Butter should be little cold..
If recipe say unsweetened cocoa please use that only don't use dark or dutch..
Preheated the oven at 180.. don't open in between the required time..
Use of measurement machine is most preferable while measuring ingredients in grams..
If recipe call for baking powder use that's, don't replace it with soda.. Both work differently..

Stiff dry ingredients: flour, Cocoa powder, soda and salt..

Mix and set a side..

In a bowl beat castor sugar, brown sugar and butter until creamy..

Preferably 2,3 min at low speed..

Now add egg and essence.. beat for a min..

Now add milk and dry ingredients..

Beat till all well. Combined..

Fold chocolate chip in it..

Scrap down the sides well..

Wrap with cling fling and refrigerate for 3 hours..

Note: for more best results.. chill over night..

Now make thick balls with hands.. add some more chocolate on top..

Bake for 12,15 min in preheated oven at 150 degree..

Note: Always preheat oven at 180.. after putting the dish turn it into 150..

Give a good space between each balls.. So they spread well..

Cool down the cookies well for 5 min on baking dish.. the more they cool more crispy from outside and fudgy from inside..

After cooling put them in air tight books.. Good to eat within 2,3 days..

You can freeze the dough uptil 3 months.. you can freeze after making balls too.. just take out 5 min before baking..

If u chill overnight the dough, let it sit for 20 min at room temperature.. then make balls and bake..

If your cookies don't spread within 9 min, Take them out and tap on the floor 2,3 times.. then bake again for 5 min..
