Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 5eggs (or egg substitute)
  2. 4hash brown Pattie’s
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tsppepper
  5. 1/2 tsppaprika
  6. 1 cupcheddar cheese (or cheese substitute)
  7. 4 flour tortillas
  8. 1 tbsoil
  9. 3 tbssalsa of choice

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1 tbs of oil to a frying pan. Defrost and and head up hash brown Pattie’s. I chop them up with the spatula to creat a potato mixture and let them fry up crispy.

    Beat eggs until well combined together. Add to potato mixture.

  3. 3

    Add in salt, pepper, and paprika. Add 3 tbs of salsa to the mixture. Mix until eggs are cooked through and potatos are well combined. Remove from heat.

    Place egg and potato mixture on tortilla and add cheeses. Roll tightly into burrito.

  5. 5

    In a separate pan grill both sides of the burrito. Let cool. And enjoy!
