Ingredients

  1. 250 grmsnylon poha
  2. 1/4 cupgroundnuts
  3. 1/4 cuproasted gram dal
  4. 1/4 cupdry potato dry thin juliennes
  5. 1/2 tsphing
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 6chopped green chillies
  8. 2 tbsppowder sugar
  9. leavesFew curry
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. as requiredOil to fry

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a big kadai, add poha, roast it on a dlow flame till turns crispy. Make sure to stir constantly and do not change poha colour.

    Take another pan, add oil, on a medium heat, fry groundnuts, gram dal, potatoes juliennes, curry leaves and chopped chillies. Now add salt, hing, turmeric powder, and sugar powder. Mix well.

    Add in roasted poha. Combine well for couple of minutes. Turn off gas. Cool it completely. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy with hot tea or coffee.
