Heat Tawa on high flame for 2 minutes
Add 1 tsp oil - 2
Now Wash shakarkandi without peeling.
Place on warm tawa,Cover with a lid,Reduce heat to really low.Set timer for 20 minutes.,Open lid. Flip each shakarkandi upside down.
Cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes. - 3
Cook till completely tender
Now peel roasted sweet potato cut it - 4
Spices
Take a bowl add namak, red chilli powder, chat masala mix it. - 5
Lastly serve with lemon juice, spices powder
