Blend your pepper and onions not too smooth but like that of ofada rice stew 😋😋

Put your palm oil into pot and saute your finely cubed onions and locust beans.

Put in all your offals, ponmo,stockfish(must have cooked till soft)prawn,crayfish and saute

Pour your blended pepper and stir well till well combined and allow to fry

Add in your bouillon and salt to taste.

Allow to fry well till it's dried of water and brings out it's oil.

Then add your fined shredded vegetable (Ugwu, Tete,shoko, Igbo)

If using soko or Tete vegetable, after shredding, sprinkle salt on the vegetable, pour very hot water on it and stir well, after 5 mins, pour into cold water till it's no more hot, squeeze out the water and mix into your fried stew.

Stir well till well combined, taste for the seasoning and ready to serve with your desired swallow
