Do you know Ponzu sauce? It’s used in Japanese cuisine.

For me, it’s a must-have when I cook a Japanese hotpot(Nabe). After I cook meat or vegetables in the Dashi stock broth soup, I dip them with Ponzu sauce.

In Japan, I was always buying store-bought Ponzu sauce and I never made it by myself. But after moving to UK, it’s expensive and there are times that it’s not available in the kitchen. Then I first thought of making it, which turned out super easy and delicious 🤤

  2. 1 1/2 table spoonSoy sauce
  3. 1/2 table spoonLemon juice 🍋 or Yuzu juice

    Just mix all the ingredients and that’s it! The sauce will be 3 table spoons, good for 1-2 people if you use it for dipping purpose. You can use ponzu in many different cooking!
