Mix the dry ingredients together
Sugar into flour
Add baking powder
Grate the outer covering of the lemon to your mixture - 2
Mix the wet ingredients together.
Beat the eggs lightly.
Add your milk - 3
Dig a well into your flour
Add the liquid mixture to your flour.
Knead gently as you add your milk mixture till it forms a fine dough.
Add some cooking oil to your dough and knead. Not so hard not so soft.
Cover and let it rest for 15mins - 4
As you hear the cooking oil,
Roll your dough into a big circle.
Cut to form your desired shapes - 5
The oil is ready when no sounds are produced.
Put your pieces gently to the cooking oil.
Cook over moderate heat.
Turn so that it cools both sides - 6
Can serve hot or let the rest to room temperature then serve.
