Peel wash & grate gajar

Heat ghee in a wok, add grated gajar, and roast on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while mixing in ghee.

After 4 stir the carrots, juice is coming out, again cook the carrot for 5 minutes, add sugar, cover & cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. juice oozing from the carrot, sugar dissolved, now cook carrot open till the juice reduce.

Grate mawa (Heat a pan and roast the mawa on low medium flame till it changes colour & is aromatic) add mawa in gajar, add cardamom powder, and mix it well.

Add almond slices to it, and give it a good mix, the colour & texture of halwa is amazing, transfer in a bowl, and garnish it with dry fruit.

Tasty Gajar Halwa is ready to Serve.
